When you place an order or send an enquiry, we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address. We do not store card or banking details — online payments, when enabled, are handled entirely by our payment processor.

Solely to process and deliver your order, to respond to your enquiry, and to contact you about your specific order. We do not run marketing lists and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Only the service providers needed to run the shop: our database and file host (Supabase), our email provider (Resend), and — for prepaid orders — our payment processor (Razorpay). Each handles your data only to provide their service to us. We also share your address with the courier that delivers your piece.

We retain order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. You may ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to atelier@teaky.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We use only the cookies required for the site to function (such as keeping your cart and admin session). We do not use advertising trackers.
