Every piece is handmade, so small natural variations in wood grain and textile are expected and are part of the object. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing or description errors and will contact you before charging if a correction affects your order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. For Cash-on-Delivery orders we confirm by phone before dispatch; we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or the delivery address cannot be served), in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

We accept Cash on Delivery in serviceable areas, and — where enabled — prepaid payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets). We do not see or store your payment credentials.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
